You can reserve your items directly through our website at any time that suits you. Once confirmed, we take care of the rest so everything is ready for your arrival — easy, breezy, holiday-ready. -
We are a delivery-only service, bringing your chosen items straight to your accommodation or car hire pickup so your holiday starts effortlessly.
Airport Deliveries (Hervey Bay)
We deliver between 9am – 4pm daily to travellers hiring rental cars at the airport. FREE delivery applies for airport drop-offs.
You are welcome to request delivery outside these hours; however,
• a surcharge of $30 will apply, and
• installation cannot be guaranteed, as your vehicle must be physically present during our delivery window.Installation of Child Restraints
We will always attempt to install your child restraint at the airport, however:
Your rental vehicle must be available at the booking time to guarantee installation.
If the car is not yet ready or accessible, we may have to deliver the item without installation.
If you require guaranteed installation, please arrange your rental car pickup during business hours, ensuring the vehicle is on-site when we arrive.
Returning Items at the Airport
For your convenience, items can be:
left securely inside your returned rental car, or
handed to the rental office staff.
However, please note:
You are responsible for any loss/damage caused by rental car staff handling or removing items.
Missing components from child restraints (top tethers, head huggers, newborn inserts, buckles, etc.) or from other hire items will be charged at full replacement cost, without further notice, to ensure safety and compliance for the next family.
We aim to make your airport experience smooth, simple and beautifully organised — but vehicle access and timing will always determine whether on-site installation is possible.

Yes, we deliver to a number of surrounding areas. A delivery fee may apply depending on distance. You’ll see the fee in your checkout before finalising your booking.

Absolutely. If the item isn’t already booked for another family, we’re happy to extend your hire. Just contact us as early as possible to secure the additional days.

At The Breezy Co. Hire, a refundable security deposit may be required for selected items. This helps ensure our equipment is returned clean, complete, and in the same beautiful condition it was hired in.
Your deposit is fully refunded once the items are returned on time and inspected — easy, transparent, and stress-free.

We understand plans can change.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through the website. Refund eligibility varies depending on how much notice is provided. For cancellations made within 72 hours of the hire period, full refunds may not be possible.We will always approach cancellations with kindness and clarity.

Our team undergoes formal training specific to Australian Standards.

Only authorised fitters are permitted to install or adjust car seats.
